Riello UPS is taking on the ultimate test of a Tough Mudder at Chomondley Castle to raise vital funds for Florence, the young niece our Owain Roberts.

Florence was born with a very rare genetic condition called Trisomy 8 mosaicism syndrome (T8M) and a rare brain condition called Agenesis of the corpus callosum (ACC).

In her short life this has caused her many complications. She’s been diagnosed with scoliosis, low muscle tone, and hearing and vision impairments. She also has a low immune system and poor swallow system.

Despite all these challenges, Florence is an incredibly strong-willed, determined, happy, sassy little girl, and has the most contagious smile.

Thanks to the dedication of her loving family and the ongoing support of the Just4Children charity, Florence receives crucial private therapies and intensive physiotherapy that help improve her quality of life and provide hope for a more independent future.

To ensure she continues to receive this essential support, our team are taking on the ultimate test of strength, stamina, and mental grit this October…

The Tough Mudder course spans nearly 10 miles and features 20 obstacles involving mud, water, fire, and electricity – there’s likely to be plenty of blood, sweat, and tears involved!

Dig deep and support us overcome the obstacles so that we can ensure Florence and her family continue to have access to all the specialist therapies and adaptive equipment they need to aid her independence.
