Story
I’m back! (Yeah, I know, sorry)
Yep, it’s AllStars time again and this year the whole thing has moved North up to Sheffield so it’s only right I get behind a local charity to pay my dues. This year I’m dragging this old bag of bones back onto the ice to raise funds for Bluebell Wood Children's Hospice. They’ve supported hundreds of children with short lives from across South Yorkshire, North Derbyshire, North Nottinghamshire and parts of North Lincolnshire as well as helping tired mums and dads get some much needed me-time; looked after brothers and sisters who are feeling angry, lonely or confused; and been there for families during the last moments of their child’s life.
Now I’m doing my bit for Bluebell Wood Childrens' Hospice and that means you are too!
So have a feel down the back of the sofa. Check the filter in the washing machine. Look under the cooker. Dig around in the draw that you just throw "stuff" in. Round-up that handful of Euros you brought back from holiday or maybe drink one less pint or glass of wine this Christmas and send the cash to me instead. Help me help Bluebell Wood.
In return, I'll lace up the skates, get out there and once again take the beating out on the ice you know I deserve!
