Story

Thank you for visiting my page.

I’m supporting Sarcoma UK, a national charity that funds vital research, offers support for anyone affected by sarcoma cancer and campaigns for better treatments. Sarcoma is a type of cancer that develops in the bone and soft tissue. It is difficult to diagnose and one of the hardest to treat. By supporting me, we can help change this. Your donation will help researchers find answers, keep our Support Line open, and raise awareness to improve treatment and standards of care.

A very close friends daughter Emma was diagnosed with Ewing type Sarcoma in 2022. She has received incredible treatment at City Hospital in Nottingham and has shown a strength and determination that has been an inspiration to all that know her.

The 100 press ups a day challenge for April coincides with a similar charity challenge run by Cancer Research UK. This will be a tough task even for a PE teacher but no comparison to 14 rounds of chemotherapy, 5 operations and many weeks spent in hospital.

Thank you for your support.
