On March 24th 2024, hundreds of runners will take to the streets of Wolverhampton for the 3rd Wolves 10K. Starting and finishing at the iconic Molineux stadium, home of Wolverhampton Wanderers, this chip timed road race is suitable for everyone. Compton Care are the partner charity for this event and all funds will support patients and families with our specialist palliative and bereavement care.

In Wolverhampton, I know that Compton Care is one of the best known charities and does so much to help families during very difficult times. Since I've taken up running in the past few years, I run past Compton Care at least once or twice weekly. Within the last year however, a good friend and his family were supported and cared for by the wonderful people at Compton Care during his last days, so as I run past it is more significant to me.
