Story

For 2024 I shall be running 3 x 50km Ultramarathon in support of the amazing Rotary/Yes We Can Inclusive Sports Program in Bedfordshire.

The First is the Runaway Chiltern Ridge 50k on 27th April, starting in Berkhampsted and finishing in Wendover.

The second Runaway Greensands 50km is 4 weeks later starting and finishing at Shuttleworth - Bedfordshire

And the final one is the Pegasus PIGUM 50km on 6th July across the south Wales hills, starting and finishing at Abergavenny.

WHAT IS “YES WE CAN”?

It’s an Accessible, Affordable and Sustainable program designed to deliver sporting opportunities to those with a disability in South West Bedfordshire and the surrounding area.
