A little challenge to raise money for Carers Trust, Rank's partner charity who do great work for carers in need of help and support....

I will be taking on the UK 3 Peaks Challenge with a team of colleagues in May 2024. The challenge is to climb the highest mountains in Scotland, Wales and England covering over 23 miles and climbing over 10,000 feet in the process and all within 24 hours, including travelling between the three mountains!

If that's not enough, I'll personally be doing the Dragon Ride (cycling) on 23 June. It's roughly equivalent to a tough Tour de France stage in terms of distance and ascent, but in Wales and so without the great weather!
