Having worked for 8 years at the headline sponsor I’ve seen lots of colleagues and friends take part in this phenomenal event. Speaking to former fighters I know it’s one of the toughest yet most rewarding things they have ever experienced.

So….on the 7th October it’s my turn to step in the ring with the aim to raise a huge amount of money for the NICU at St Mary’s Hospital (and hopefully win the fight)

As a father of two and my eldest arriving early i know first hand the care these units put in, and couldn’t be happier with the charity were raising money for.
