Story

So, for those of you that don't know, I have struggled with mental health over the last couple of years. I have received lots of help and support from friends and family, specifically my wife. Because of that, I felt that I needed a challenge to motivate me.

To that end, I have signed up for the Great South Run which takes place in Portsmouth in Oct 24. It has given me a physical focus and I am determined to succeed as well as support this amazing charity along the way. If you can spare any pennies then it will make it all worth while.

Thank you in advance. Please feel free to check back for updates and indeed contact me for a natter if you'd like.
