Action Medical is an amazing children's charity which funds medical research into fighting rare diseases, premature and still births and childhood cancers - developing treatments, vaccinations and cures.

In June this year I will be cycling from London to Paris in 3 days, covering 510kms. Despite being a fairly keen cyclist it has been some time since I've attempted such a distance - so it will be quite a challenge - especially as I'm not getting any younger.
