Thanks for visiting my page. We're raising money for the British Heart Foundation in memory of a colleague and friend John Ford. With my lad, we're cycling from the west coast Whitehaven to east coast Sunderland. This is over four days in May. We'd be so grateful for your support. The BHF has helped halve the number of people dying from heart and circulatory disease in the UK but sadly every day hundreds of people lose their lives.
