RNLI Torbay Lifeboat Station
Campaign by RNLI - Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RCN Eng/Wal 209603,SC037736,ROI20003326,IOM1308,Jer14)
A lifeboat station was established in Brixham in 1866, today its volunteers operate a 24-hour search and rescue service along the south coast of Devon. To do this they rely on the safest, most reliable lifeboats and modern station to launch from.

Story

Torbays lifeboat station was established in 1866 and has served the community for 157 years.

The volunteer lifeboat crew provide a 24-hour search and rescue service 365 days a year, but none of this would be possible without the support of the public and their donations. It costs in the region of £250k a year to run and maintain the service in Torbay, all of which comes from the generous donations of the public.

Your donation will help to fund the selfless work of our volunteer lifeboat crew of the Torbay Lifeboats, and by doing so you will be helping to save lives around our coast and will help provide the best equipment possible to ensure the safety of our volunteers.
