Christian Aid is doing vital work in emerging markets and developing economies to protect some of our most vulnerable global neighbours in crisis and help support sustainable economic development in the poorest communities - supporting everyone, of any faith or none, equally. Normally for Christian Aid week I'd be running 14 miles around Tring but I've decided this is the year to attempt something a bit longer. I'm delighted to be part of the Christian Aid team of runners in this year's London Marathon. Fuelled by Hayley's flapjacks, a bit of physio on my heels, and the support of family and friends, I'm feeling reasonably confident I will make it around London in one piece.
