I am riding in the British Heart Foundation London to Brighton bike ride again this Sunday, 18th June. I hope to have fun but also want to raise money for the BHF. Having had to have a stent fitted last year(much to my surprise) I know how important research into heart and associated disease is for all of us, older and younger. So please do donate! And please give me a metaphorical cheer as I flog my way up Ditchling Beacon, which is a short but steep 200m climb towards the end of the 54 mile ride.
