Great South Run 2024 · 20 October 2024 ·

EDF vows to help end the devastation of dementia. We aim to raise a whopping £300,000 through employee fundraising and £150,000 in additional donations, all supporting the cost of life changing dementia services and ground-breaking research.

Story

EDF are proud to have committed to raise £300,000 through employee fundraising to support Alzheimer’s Society vision of a world where dementia no longer devastates lives.

In support of this Glyn "Rafa" Rowland and Rich Tunbridge will be dusting off their running shoes and joining forces to complete the Great South Run in aid of Alzheimer’s Society.

The route is a 10-mile stretch around Southsea and Portsea, and is further than either Rich and Glyn have ever, ever run in one go…so a guaranteed new PB 😉

So, if you can, please support our efforts and donate to Alzheimer’s Society. All donations will fund the support services and ground-breaking research that they undertake – and will be genuinely appreciated by both of us.

We promise to keep you posted with progress along the way, in the meantime: thank you!
