Despite those encouraging, character building words… Myself and another Rogiet stalwart, Dan Lane are running the Cardiff Half Marathon to raise money for Prostate Cancer UK. …(unless they call it off… 🤞🏽🤞🏽)

Now, Prostate Cancer wasn’t the vile disease that took my old man away from us.. But, it has taken countless other fathers, brothers and sons away from us all. So any money we can generate to help combat this horrible beast, the better chances we have to fight it!!
