Leicestershire Action For Mental Health Project (LAMP) are an amazing charity that is extremely close to the hearts of The Big Strong Leicester Boys Podcast. The work they do is so important for our local community and as ambassadors for LAMP our podcast will take every opportunity to try and help promote their cause and try and support the work they do.

So with that in mind Jake and Ric + friends of the podcast are running the Leicester Half Marathon on October 13th 2024 and are raising funds on behalf of LAMP.

Just 4 months ago, Ric couldn't even run a bath let alone run a half marathon and will be dangling a pepperami on a piece of fishing line to get himself round the distance.

Any donation to this great charity would be hugely appreciated and if anyone is free on the day to come down and watch all those involved then that would be incredible.
