Fundraising for Bristol Mind
On 25th September - 1st October, I'll be taking part in Bristol Mind's step challenge and aiming to reach 100,000 Steps in 7 days!
Walking around 14,300 steps a day will be a great effort for me but one I believe is achievable and will benefit my wellbeing.
Anything you can donate will go to provide mental health support for people in Bristol.
