Hi guys, thanks for taking your time to read my stori. Following Cai’s mental health storyline, the character I play in Welsh soap Pobol y Cwm, I’ve decided to cycle from St Malo to Nantes in aid of Mind Cymru. Wales play Georgia in our last pool game of Rugby World Cup and with my rugby links I thought this was the perfect destination. Cycling through Brittany like Johnny Onions raising valuable funds and raising awareness for mental health. I’ve suffered myself and know how important it is to talk.
