I am raising money for this fantastic local charity because of the care and service they provide in Herefordshire. One in two people are diagnosed with cancer at some point in their life. Some of these diagnoses lead to terminal illness and this brilliant charity supports the patients with their symptoms, control their pain and help them to live well until the end of life.
