Story

We're Chris and Paloma, an adventure-loving couple who love accepting all types of weird and wacky challenges. From racing each other across Europe, to taking on a massive DIY renovation house - we thought it was time for our next big adventure! We will be putting down our tools and joining our mates Kinging-It and 48 other cool kids on a cycle from North to South Wales across 5 gruelling days!

Starting at Caernarfon Castle, and ending in Cardiff Castle, we'll be cycling our way through 200+ miles of the green green hills of Welsh countryside - all in the name of the wonderful mental health charity, bigmoose.

bigmoose are a mental health charity providing therapy and early intervention to people who are struggling with their mental health. They're on a mission to raise £15 million for mental health, so we're playing our part and aiming to raise £2,000 to help them achieve their goal.

We have both dealt with our own mental health challenges, and know what a struggle it is to find help when it's most needed. This is why we are supporting bigmoose to continue the work they do and help change more people's lives than ever before.

As we start our training for our biggest physical challenge yet, please consider donating and supporting this wonderful charity in the work they do!
