I have pledged to walk 100 miles in a month to raise money for Isabel Hospice. Isabel Hospice nurses walk an average of 8000 steps a shift and I want to match them, as I recently have had a hip replacment.

I have run a Volunteer Support Group with the hospice for 35 years and know how vital our free care and support is for patients and their families
