Story

Mental Elf is Bristol Mind's festive fun run event with a difference! I'm taking part of Mental Elf to support Bristol Mind's mission in helping everyone in and around Bristol achieve the best mental health possible.

I do this in honour of my son, Reinhard Steynberg.
