For people who don’t know me I’m a personal trainer from Belfast Northern Ireland

I lost my granny to Alzheimer’s just over 8 years ago, my granny lily was a big influence in my life and seeing first hand how hard it was for me and my family to deal with her condition was tough

I want to raise awareness around Alzheimer’s and also raise money to go towards the research for a cure

I will be undergoing a 160km duathalon (120km bike 40km run) on the 22nd of September 2024 my route will take me from ballycastle all the way to ballywalter

I’ll also be running a few events such as raffles and a comedy night (with actual comedians not me 😂)
