Story
All donations gratefully recieved, no matter how small, every penny counts. Pete's Dragons is a charity currently supporting Red’s family following Red sadly taking his own life at the age of just 27. Losing Red so unexpectedly has left his family so completely devastated.
Red was an amazing, loving Son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin, a top electrician, & great friend to so many.

Tribute by Red’s mum, Lisa.
Red (#no.1Son Red Slim Shady)
Sept 8th 1997, the day you arrived and I understood why I am here. Being your mum a blessing.
Red: Creative, hilarious, intuitive, loving & full of powerful energy. A beautiful soul.
Your brothers came along and as mum to my four lovely boys, I burst with love and pride for you all and for the love you share. The top big brother always entertaining & educating with your ways of the world.
Red, I have never understood why you never loved yourself, when you loved us and you know we love you. Whatever you did from building a wooden t-shirt (inspired by Theo Von), creating a high-spec campervan to being a top electrician, you gave over 100%, unfortunately including destroying yourself.
Luckily for us, you gave us over 100% and we will always have memories & a sense of you with us.
I will always be proud of you. You are simply brilliant.
I hope your soul soars high, like a magnificent free bird exploring the wild.

Red’s family would like you all to prioritise your mental health because you matter. They want you to know that is always okay to reach out for support. They don’t want Red’s death to be a taboo subject. They want suicide spoken about openly, so people know it’s alright to be open and request help when you are not feeling your best. They want people to discuss issues in regard to drugs and alcohol addictions. They want everyone to be open about their struggles and to seek help should they need it especially for young men who are fearful of asking for help.
Red’s family don’t want anyone to suffer in silence. They want you to get help and protect your mental health from people and situations that are not good for your soul.
They want you to know its okay to say ‘No!’ and sometimes relaxing and doing nothing at all, is exactly what your body and mind need!
If you think you have problems with alcohol or drugs, please tell someone and get some help.
