Story
For 12 year, the Syrian people have faced unimaginable conditions. They have lost their loved ones, their homes and their livelihoods.
For 12 year, thousands of families have been living in tents, that provide no protection from the harsh winters and the scorching heat during summer.
On the 6th of February, a earthquake hit the region, causing more damage and destruction. Over 50,000 people, both in Türkiye and in Syria, lost their lives.
I travelled to Türkiye, few hours after the earthquake struck and I saw first hand, the massive destruction caused by the earthquake, Subhanallah.
This Ramadan, my aim is to support Islamic Relief's project in Syria, and I wish, inshallah with your help to rebuild 20 homes for 20 families in Syria.
It costs just £3,000 to rebuild a house, for a family of 5 people in the north-west of Syria.
Your donations will give these families: hope, safety and a dignified home.
