The Children's Cardiomyopathy Foundation (CCF) is a national nonprofit committed to finding causes and cures for pediatric cardiomyopathy. I support CCF's mission and want to ensure that children with cardiomyopathy are diagnosed earlier, receive expert care, and have a better quality of life.
