This year I am joining #TeamMind for the 2024 Lake District Ultra Challenge.

In June I will be taking on a huge challenge by taking part in a 50km walk, in the beautiful Lake District!

Some of you will know, I have been through some things in my life where my own mental health has suffered and I know I am not alone. Something that I feel very strongly about is people being heard and supported. An escapism for me is getting out in the fresh air and walking. Whether its listening to music whilst walking, a podcast or just listening to nature and taking in some beautiful views , it helps massively!

I will be walking for everyone who has or is currently struggling with their own mental health and for anyone needing that help and support.

Mind is a fantastic charity and they believe that no one should be facing mental health problems alone. They will not give up until everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets support and respect.
