Story
On Sunday 29th September we have been invited to take part in the Tommy’s rainbow race. Tommy’s is an amazing charity that does vital research into miscarriage, stillbirth and premature birth which ultimately helps save babies’ lives. Their aim is to stop the heartbreak and devastation of baby loss and make pregnancy and birth safe for everyone.
We were fortunate enough to be supported by Tommy’s amazing team at their Rainbow clinic in Manchester whilst I was pregnant and they helped us to bring our precious rainbow baby, Eva, home in January this year. We will always feel indebted to Professor Heazell and his team who looked after us so well. Emilie, their specialist midwife, was even with us at Eva’s birth.
Without their support, I really don’t know how we would have got through the 9 anxious months of pregnancy. Pregnancy after recurrent loss is tough (to put it mildly!) and if we can raise money to help other families be supported like we were, then that would be incredible.
Every penny we can raise will go directly to Tommy’s Manchester Rainbow Clinic and Research Centre, enabling them to continue their amazing work.
Thank you so much in advance. 🌈 ❤️
