I am excited (and nervous) to announce that I’ve decided to challenge myself by participating in the 2025 London Marathon. With the support of the National Federation of Demolition Contractors (NFDC), I’ve secured a place in the marathon and will be running for the charity Sue Ryder.

Sue Ryder is dedicated to ensuring that everyone facing the end of life, or coping with grief, has access to the care and support they need. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to dealing with grief or the end of life, but with Sue Ryder’s compassionate assistance, no one has to face these difficult times alone. They are there when it matters most.

A special thank you to Clifford Devlin for supporting me with this challenge. I am proud to be part of 'Team NFDC' and be running on behalf of Clifford Devlin.
