Our intrepid Heligan Team are supporting this important Cornish charity this year. There are around 20,000 victims of domestic abuse and sexual violence, and of the 5,800 incidents of rape or sexual assault only 955 were reported.

I will be running the Plymouth half marathon to support First Light and their programmes.

We need your support to help build safer lives free from abuse by:

- Educating and Preventing through early intervention, training and campaigning

- Protecting and Supporting through the provision of services to help safeguard and reach out to those suffering
