We’re Running 56k for Refuge in February!

I’m excited to share that we are taking on the Refuge 56k Challenge this February! We’ll each be running 56 kilometres over the course of the month to raise money for Refuge, a vital charity that supports survivors of domestic abuse.

Working at Family Law Group, we see first-hand how domestic abuse impacts families, and we’re determined to do our part to support the incredible work Refuge does to provide safety, resources, and hope to those in need.

£15 could go towards essentials for a woman's first night at a refuge

£25 could go towards buying food supplies, toiletries and cleaning

products to help a family stay safe and healthy after fleeing abuse

£45 could buy a cot, mattress and protector for a baby in a refuge

£75 could go towards providing emotional and practical support to enable women to rebuild their lives after escaping abuse

£150 could give two remote community workers mobile phones to provide a woman life-saving support

Every step we take will be in support of survivors. Please donate if possible to our fundraiser and help us make a difference. No amount is too small, and every penny raised will go to a cause that saves lives.
