The vast expanse of the Atlantic Ocean holds within its depths a myriad of secrets, whispered in the songs of whales and the playful clicks of dolphins. Within the Atlantic Ocean Cetacean Network (AOCN), we embark on a sacred journey.

Story

I am strongly passionate about animal conservation because Animals are vital for our ecosystem, if one species of animal goes extinct it can have a knock on effect on other animals and the ecosystem. our earth needs a stable ecosystem to thrive.

Animals are so innocent and pure and they need to be treated with care and love!

The humans have impacted the world so much and I want to be someone that can make a difference and start leading humans in the right direction and improve the earths environment. We must see the problems animals are dealing with and face them! We can’t ignore it anymore they need our help! The future of this beautiful world and our children is resting in our hands!

Hiking all 7 mountains this year is important for me because I want to be a voice for our generation. I want to Show that no matter who you are, how you grew up and how old you are. Everyone has the chance to make a difference in this world even if it’s small.

For me Hiking is such a beautiful experience. I would describe it as surreal! The feeling of accomplishment when you reach the summit is incredible, celebrating as a team and being proud of each other and yourself while having stunning views around you. Looking back at your journey towards the peak and seeing how far you have come! I want to spread the word of hiking and get more people into it. Exercise is so beneficial to your mental and physical health. hiking challenges this!

I have worked with the local people in wilpatu. learning their way of life.

Peoples life’s are constantly in danger by elephants migrating and living in their natural habitat. Elephants will pass though villages, potentially trample on property and frams. Uneducated people will threaten the elephants to go away and put their own lives in risk and some will even kill elephants to protect their families and homes. This is a daily struggle and without help both human and elephants lives will be lost and the ecosystem will be affected. We have the chance to save lives and make a change! Let’s educate people to coexist with elephants in peace!
