I'm so impressed by the work of iSight Cornwall and the support they provide to thousands of visually impaired people in Cornwall.

Please join me for a Fundraising Session @ Centre of Pendeen - Church Rd, Pendeen, Penzance TR19 7SE - on Saturday 18th November 10am - 12noon for a Yoga session influenced by the Feldenkrais Method.

BOOKING IS ESSENTIAL

The session will focus on resting our eyes as well as on sensing our eyes as an integral part of exploring an ease of movement. No prior experience of Yoga is necessary.

All equipment will be provided.
