I'm taking part in Forget Me Not Crafts!

This Spring, I'm challenging myself to create a forget-me-not themed crafts for Alzheimer's Society each day for the whole month of May.

May is a special month for me, I also love crafting so to see a challenge to craft throughout May to raise money for Alzheimer’s Society was irresistible.

Those who know me know I lost my Nan in September to this horrible condition. We slowly watched her fade for so long that that loss was felt long before she was finally at peace. I would give anything to prevent anyone having to watch a loved one with Alzheimers. As a child I watched my great grandmother succumb to the same battle and can’t believe that nearly 25 years later we are still as in the dark as to treatment and prevention as we were then!

I hope you can help me have a small impact to such a wonderful cause. All my completed crafts will be either sold (with the full payment being given to the charity) or gifted to individuals each day for the month of May.
