My super awesome sister, Jess, is the one who first decided to raise funds for this amazing charity doing the 5K a Day. She, like many other women, has experienced miscarriage. There are no words for it other than; heartbreaking.

I had 3 miscarriages before having my daughter Matilda and 3 more before then losing my baby boy, Dexter, at 19 weeks.
