I’m excited to announce on Saturday 9th of December I will be taking on the challenge of running an ultra-marathon around London. My plan is to run around London to the 7 Premier League clubs stadiums, starting at Crystal Palace then to West Ham, Spurs, Arsenal, Brentford, Fulham and finally finishing in Chelsea at Stamford Bridge (seems right to be close to the bars afterwards…), the total mileage for the run is about 38.7 miles making it just a tad less than a 1 and 1/2 marathons… a bit bonkers, I know.
I want to do this run in support of The Ben Kinsella Trust which is a charity based in North London set up after the tragic death of Ben Kinsella back in 2008 after an unprovoked knife attack. I was subject to violent attack in the beginning of the year where I broke my jaw in several places and had a brain bleed which resulted in a long hospital stay and a long road to recovery following multiple surgeries over a 3 month period and losing over 15kg.. thankfully I have now fully recovered back to 100% in no small part thanks to support of family and mates over the course of this year.
Any support to help raise as much money as possible would be greatly appreciated!
