Story

Thank you for visiting our sponsorship page!

Action Medical Research is the leading UK-wide charity saving and changing children’s lives through medical research.

For 65 years they've helped pioneer ways to prevent disease and develop treatments benefiting millions of people.

Their research has helped to beat polio in the UK, develop ultrasound, fight meningitis and prevent stillbirths and they are working to develop more new treatments and cures for sick babies and children.

On Saturday 29th June, Richard East, James Gibbs, Mark Norton, Jill Wanklyn, Daria Wisniewska, Oli Yuille, Lucy Dowie, Tony Dowie and Zonnie Burton will complete the Race the Sun triple challenge. This includes a 28-mile bike ride, a 9-mile hike and a 2-mile canoe in beautiful Corfe, Dorset.

Wish us luck and please sponsor us to donate to this worthy cause!
