This September Richard & former Raves team member Dave are doing another 100km (62 miles) continuous walk raising money for Alzheimer's Society.

This is a charity very dear to both our hearts; Richard due to the fact that his father suffered for three years with the disease and finally passed away 3 years ago.

Dave is currently experiencing this first hand as his mother-in-law is currently suffering.

The walk this year is the South Coast Ultra Challenge, which starts at Eastbourne and follows the South Downs Way to Arundel, and will take around 26 hours to complete.
