Story
DWAD was set up by individuals who had a real passion for helping others. Having previously completed many personal challenges to raise money for a variety of charities they decided they wanted control over who benefitted from their fundraising.
DWAD now runs quizzes, holds golf days, football tournaments, online competitions and traditional raffles to name a few of their annual events. All the money raised goes to individuals and organisations predominantly in Kent to help with improving Mental Heath, Physical Health and Education.
To help raise funds for DWAD, Rap Interiors will be hosting its very own bushtucker trial, where each member of the Rap team will attempt to eat a “yummy” jungle treat. The challenge will be to eat the whole thing, with each member of the Rap team preparing a treat.
For each member of staff who takes up the challenge and successfully completes the bushtucker trial, the Rap directors will donate £50 to Donations with a Difference. Former Rap Interiors director Julie Anderson will present the cheque for the final amount at the DWAD charity ball.
Rap will be holding the bushtucker trials on Wednesday 23rd November, and if you would like to show your support for our brave contestants, please donate here.
