On 4th September I'll be cycling from London to Amsterdam, a total of 335 miles over 4 days, to raise money for the British Heart Foundation.

The BHF has made significant strides in reducing the number of lives lost to heart and circulatory diseases, but there is still much work to be done. Every day, hundreds of individuals succumb to these conditions, highlighting the urgent need for continued support.

On a personal note I have close family members that have been supported by the Foundation.
