In 2021 we lost our friend and colleague Andy to cancer and the Garden House Hospice provided support to him and his family. Andy was an inspiration, he showed strength, compassion and warmth to all those who knew him. Every year we take on a team physical challenge (or 2!) in Andy's memory to raise much-needed money for others who find themselves in that unthinkable position.

On Sunday 14th April 6 of our RAJA Runners will be taking on the Manchester Marathon and on the weekend of 13th and 14th July a group of RAJA Ramblers will be taking on the National 3 Peaks challenge. Between them they hope to raise enough money to run the hospice for 1 day.... that's right, it costs £10,000 to run such a vital service for just one day!

The Garden House Hospice provides specialist palliative care for patients, families and carers facing life limiting illnesses, to enable them to have the best possible quality of life by providing care and support in the setting of their choice, without discrimination.
