Queenscourt Hospice is a local charity that provides invaluable Specialist Palliative Care services for the people of West Lancashire, Southport and Formby.

It supports patients and those important to them in a variety of settings including the patients’ home, hospital or in Queenscourt itself.

The Queenscourt motto “Life is for living” encompasses the compassionate and holistic approach of Team Queenscourt, which ensures an individualised assessment of a patient’s physical, spiritual, psychological and social needs.

I have decided to follow their motto (with encouragement from my daughter who works there!), and support the incredible work that Team Queenscourt provide by dancing in-front of two hundred people in the annual Strictly Come Dancing event!
