I'm running the Cardiff mo run in Bute park on 11th November in memory of my pops.

Ray was sadly taken from us twice. Once suddenly at the end and gradually over time as the illness took hold.

Ray was warm kind and funny and a die hard gas head to boot.

It's my honour to run this race in his name. Please give anything you can towards my cause and help end this awful illness.
