Breast cancer awareness

Breast cancer is the most commonly occurring cancer in women and the most common cancer overall. As a breast cancer survivor myself, I wanted to do my part in giving back to the wonderful care I received from the staff at the Cambridge Breast Unit. My experience with the Consultant, managers and all the nurses, was nothing short of inspiring. I was treated with warmth, care and great dignity. So I am so pleased to be working with ACT to help raise funds to support the work that is being accomplished every day at the Unit.

You can help too by purchasing a copy of my book Fallen. The book is my adventure into poetry, with a skip and a hop at a young age, to final fruition after decades past. Indeed it has been a journey. I believe you will be able to relate to many of the paths my poetry takes. The proceeds from each sale of Fallen throughout the months of February and March 2024 will be donated to the Charity .

While purchasing the book would be meaningful to me personally it is not mandatory. All cancers are formidable beasts and any donation to aid in fighting them will be greatly appreciated.
