Radio Essex are embarking on an extraordinary journey, and they need your support! In partnership with Essex & Herts Air Ambulance, Jack and Dan have accepted the challenge to cycle from the Radio Essex HQ in Southend to the North Weald Airfield in Epping. With only one week to train for this 50-mile ride, their determination and commitment to this vital cause are truly inspiring.

Essex & Herts Air Ambulance (EHAAT) provides critical, life-saving services across Essex and Hertfordshire. As a charity, they rely on public donations to keep their helicopters flying and their highly skilled teams operational. Every mission they undertake makes a difference, often between life and death.

The Route
