Story
Earlier this year, the heart and soul of the British Prokart Endurance Championship, Ange Hutchinson passed away.
Months on her loss is still felt, as she was loved by so many within the BPEC paddock, and the series continues to race on in her memory, as her legacy. Ange, along with her husband Bobby helped and supported all the teams over the years at 6hr, 12hr and 24hr events and especially so when it came to the team I have raced with for many years, Offline Motorsport.
So, with Bobby and the Offline team as support crew, I’m looking to take on the world record challenge this year in Ange’s memory, whilst also raising money for the British Heart Foundation.
The aim is to attempt to beat the current world record which stands at 1586.3km, which is around 986 laps of the Teesside circuit where I will be making the attempt on 10th-11th August this year.
Any support you can give this great cause would be much appreciated.
In loving memory of Andrea Clare Hutchinson
