As a hospice at home nurse for Sue Ryder Leckhampton Court, I work in the community providing end of life care for people who want to die at home in Gloucestershire. We want to raise awareness of our service across the region, and I will be completing a 20 mile hike in May, a half marathon in September, the Big Dip in December and other events throughout the year.

Sue Ryder is here to make sure everyone approaching the end of their life or living with grief can access the support they need.
