Every year more than 8000 people in Norfolk and Waveney are told the news that they have cancer, and many more are living with the effects every day.

On Sunday 17th of September I will be walking 18 miles with some lovely Zumba friends along the Bure valley railway.

As I walk along I will be strongly thinking about those close to me who are always in my heart, the ones who are living and waking up with this disease everyday and the survivors who have needed the help and support of the Big C!!
