As part of my ongoing midlife crisis, I applied for a ballot place in this year's Great North Run and unfortunately was successful!

While not needing to raise funds for my place, I have chosen to support Dementia UK as dementia is sadly an issue close to my family's heart. My brother, sisters and I know how very sad it is to see a loved one fade away from dementia. Any help that a charity like Dementia UK can provide is greatly appreciated by the families of those involved and any donation you could make would be equally appreciated.
