Team RJAH will be taking on the TCS London Marathon to raise funds for the benefit of patients, staff and visitors at The Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital.

Story

My passion for running started whilst at university where I joined the university running club, it has continued to be a regular hobby of mine. My furthest distance to date is a half-marathon so doubling this distance is going to be a huge challenge! However, running the London Marathon is a dream of mine and I cannot wait for the huge accomplishment that will come with crossing the finish line.

I feel incredibly proud to have the opportunity to run the London Marathon in order to raise funds for the RJAH Hospital. Working for the trust as a physiotherapist for patients with spinal cord injuries means I see first-hand how the funds can be used to vastly enhance patients care.

The RJAH Charity raises funds to support patients and staff to ensure world class patient care is delivered. Donations allow RJAH to provide state of the art equipment and facilities and provide extra comfort to our patients and develop new treatments.

Your generosity for any donations given means so much!
